AB Phillips Acquires Fergusons Insurance Brokers

On behalf of the  Directors and Shareholders at AB Phillips, I am delighted to announce that as of today Fergusons Insurance Brokers have become part of the AB Phillips Group. We are very excited to have Fergusons join the AB Phillips team and to be partnering with both Alan Marsden and Alan Saunders in their transition to retirement.

As a fellow longstanding Austbrokers business, Fergusons is a great fit for AB Phillips and being based in Frankston, will further enhance our dominant presence in the South East corridor of Melbourne.

We see strong synergies between the AB Phillips and Fergusons businesses and are eager to share ideas and further grow our Insurance, Risk and Financial Services solutions with the support of the Fergusons team. All current Fergusons staff are remaining with the business and clients will continue to be supported by the team in Frankston.
