Claims must be notified within 60 days of the first notification of the audit and within the client’s period of paid cover.
Please lodge a claim as soon as you become aware of an audit, without waiting for the issue of the finalisation notification.

Johns Lyng Group are the AB Phillips preferred supplier for property after-hours emergency assistance. Johns Lyng Group has the capability to deliver emergency building works across all sectors, including fire / flood damaged structures affected by natural disasters.
Please note: any service provided through this emergency after hours service that is not covered under your insurance policy will be charged back to you.
Melbourne Towing Service are the AB Phillips preferred supplier. Towing costs will only be covered for comprehensive motor policies. Charge back will apply if your policy does not respond.
O’Briens windscreen replacement is available and included for customers who opted for this coverage. Charge back will apply if your policy does not respond.
