Troy Mansell is AB Phillips CEO. He joined AB Phillips in October 2007 when his workers compensation consulting company was purchased by AB Phillips, and was promoted to CEO in 2009.

Tania is an accomplished, commercially focused leader with experience across multiple industry sectors with businesses of all sizes. She has an ability to lead from the front and think strategically whilst still maintaining the aptitude for a hands-on approach to operational matters.
