I'm just taking a minute to give you some feedback on your report on the insurance policies.

In 70 years in business I have very rarely seen better! Your summary is perfect, concise, and answers all our questions. I'm fiercely loyal to your group simply because in the decades that we have been with you and the predecessor, I've never dealt with better people – and you are certainly continuing the tradition. Your company is very lucky to have you on the staff and if I was still in business, I would try and steal you for my PA.
